Yogi government action has started on illegal buildings in UP. The madrassa built on the prized pasture land in Amethi was demolished by a bulldozer. 

Yogi government bulldozer action has started on illegal building in UP.In Amethi, a madrassa built for four years on a prized pasture land near Gujartola village on the Sultanpur-Rae Bareli highway was bulldozed on Monday morning after being ousted from the Tehsildar’s court.The four-room madrassa was demolished by the administrative officials who arrived with the police PAC. 

On the left side of Sultanpur Rae Bareli highway under Gujar Tola Gram Panchayat, the village resident Hassan son Sultan had got the construction work done on the world prized land of pasture.Madarsa was running in this building of 4 rooms and verandah till 2 years back.A government hand pump was also installed a short distance away from the plot.An attempt was being made to illegally occupy the entire plot on the pretext of a madrasa.The land being adjacent to the highway is said to be worth crores.Eviction proceedings were going on in the Tehsildar court on the report of the Lekhpal in the matter.In which the order of eviction from the Tehsildar court was passed while making the order.On Monday, the team led by SDM Gauriganj Rakesh Kumar reached the spot at 5.30 am to demolish the madrasa.Gauriganj SDM in the team as well as Additional Magistrate Sachin Yadav, Gauriganj, Jamo, Munshiganj,Along with the police of Mahila police station and Jais police station, one and a half company reached PAC.Bulldozers, which lasted from 5.30 pm to 6.05 pm, demolished the madrasa in 35 minutes.Police have been deployed on the spot to avoid any disturbance of peace.

There was a stir among the illegal occupants

Due to the action of the administration, there has been a stir among those occupying government land.There are many other eviction cases going on in Gujartola village.Sources say that action can be taken against them soon. 


Tehsildar Digvijay Singh, while ordering the eviction, has also imposed a fine of two lakh 24 thousand on the occupant HasanThe occupier has been ordered to pay this fine.
